While your dog(s) boards with us, you agree to the following terms of service:

Drop off and pick up times will be scheduled between: 7am - 9am / 4pm - 6pm. Where services are required outside of these times, upfront agreement must be made with us and an additional fee may apply.

You agree for your dog(s) to wear a Black & Tan collar with a live GPS tracker attached.

All dogs must be up to date with their annual vaccinations, flea, tick and worm treatments. An up to date copy of their vaccine record must be provided per stay.

The Kennel Cough vaccine is advised but is not compulsory to board with us. Your dog(s) is unable to board with us for 2 weeks after this live vaccine.

 

Your dog(s) will be boarded with our resident dogs and cats and other non-resident boarders during their stay.

All dogs will be socialised together during the day, as we see fit.

Dogs are not permitted upstairs at any time, unless for isolation.

Your dog(s) will not be left unattended for more than 3 hours in a 24 hour period.

During this time, they will be left in the Dog Snug, with other boarding dogs or divided per family per designated room. Single dogs may be allocated a buddy. 

You agree for your dog(s) to be walked on and off lead and on and off our premises as we see fit.

You agree to inform us if your dog(s) is a flight risk or has aggressive or dangerous behaviour traits

You agree to replace any damaged items your dog(s) has caused during their stay.

All photographs taken of your dog(s) while in our care, remain our property and can be used on any public media platforms.

We are unable to board full intact (unneutered) males or females in season or coming into season.

We will inform you via message, telephone or in person of any incident we feel you should be made aware of.

Smoking is not permitted within our premises or grounds.

If your dog(s) is not collected within 7 days of the stated departure date with no communication received from you or the stated emergency contact, your dog(s) will be considered abandoned and the RSPCA/The Red Foundation will be informed to attempt a re-home.

USE OF CRATES
You consent for your dog(s) to sleep in a closed crate with a locked door during the night, and as we see fit during the day if required.

You confirm your dog(s) is already habituated to crate training and a crate forms part of your dogs normal routine.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
You give consent for us to seek medical assistance and advice where we see fit, and agree to cover any cost associated with this.

You agree for us to administer any prescribed medicine as completed within the ‘Medical Form’ or prescribed during your dog’s stay.

CANCELLATION
100% cancellation fee if services are cancelled less than 14 days before the date of arrival.
